Chez Max Restaurant

Entertain your friends, clients or colleagues in a delightful Continental atmosphere with a traditional setting. Dine at Chez Max for that special occasion or just because you enjoy fine food.

Chez Max caters for couples plus tables from three to ten. Parties of ten to fifty six can be accommodated. Our dining rooms seat 12 in our smoking area or 44 in our non-smoking area, alternatively both areas can be used for a standing finger buffet or canapés party for up to 56 people.

Chez Max is open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner and dinner only on Saturdays, closed on Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays. We have full secure parking. For reservations and menu details or to discuss any individual requirements please call 021 8528209.

The menu choice is extensive and freshly prepared and presented to order by chef owner Scott Murray who comes equipped with a wealth of international experience. Scott has spent his career (now spanning nearly 20 years) in top UK hotels and restaurants starting as a Commis Sauce Chef with the Savoy Hotel Group in London after which followed stints on the QEII Cruise Liner, Scottish Highlands Boutique Hotels, French Restaurants in Jersey (Channel Islands) and finally in harbour-side restaurants in Sydney, Australia.

Scott will create special menus to suit any requirements, budget or occasion using the freshest of ingredients. We offer food with imagination, efficiency and a smile.
