Albourne Guest House

Albourne is a charming Cape Dutch Guest House ideally located in Somerset West. Run by Dutch owners, Joop and Trudy Weterings, we put a great accent on service to our guests. With our experience in local tourism, we offer you valuable information on sightseeing and excursions, restaurant bookings and golfing appointments. Guests enjoy Albourne's membership to the international Gary Player designed Erinvale Golf Course.

We arrange car hire at competitive rates including free pick-up and drop off at the airport and we speak English, German, Dutch, French and Spanish but most important for us is the language of hospitality.

Albourne has 17 rooms, all en-suite including 10 spacious garden rooms with their own terrace and entrance. Some of them are semi-selfcatering, but also include breakfast. The rooms have coffee/tea facilities and a TV can be supplied on request. The garden rooms overlook the swimming pool or the garden.

Breakfast is served on the terrace with lovely mountain views. For dinner, many fine restaurants are nearby. Our spacious garden with swimming pool offers many opportunities to enjoy the African sun. On the large terrace covered with bougainvillea you can have your drinks and enjoy the mountain views.
